SECTION 3 - ORDERS, PRE-ORDERS, AND RESALE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. MiniForge reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until MiniForge confirms acceptance via an order confirmation email.

We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as MiniForge is unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order is accepted and processed. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Pre-Order Items & Deposits: For products designated as "Pre-Order" or items secured via an advance deposit, these goods are procured, manufactured, or imported post-order. Dispatch and delivery timelines displayed for pre-orders are estimates only and are subject to global supply chain and logistics availability. Advance deposits or full payments made to secure pre-order allocations are final and non-refundable, except in instances where MiniForge is completely unable to source or fulfill the item, in which case a refund will be issued.

Commercial Use & Merchant Terms: Unless explicitly authorized under a separate written merchant, wholesale, or distribution agreement with MiniForge, items purchased from this store are intended for personal or collector use. Unauthorized commercial claims or mass extraction of retail stock may result in order cancellation and account termination.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs, or import charges that may apply to specific international products.

Prices posted in our online stores may differ from prices offered by third parties or on secondary platforms. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card or payment numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method or credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment gateway or credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND TRANSIT RISK

We are not liable for shipping, transit, or delivery delays. All delivery times provided at checkout or in confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processing, or events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

Once your order is transferred to the logistics carrier, primary liability for loss or damage during transit shifts to the carrier. To safeguard your transit risk, shipments are covered under the following insurance framework:

• Complimentary Transit Insurance: MiniForge provides Delhivery transit insurance against lost or physically damaged packages for up to ₹5,000 at no additional cost to the customer.

• Additional Optional Insurance: For orders with a total invoice value exceeding ₹5,000, the customer must purchase additional transit insurance by contacting support team to cover the remaining balance.

 

MiniForge does not provide out-of-pocket product replacements or direct corporate refunds for transit failures. In the event of a verified package loss or transit damage, MiniForge will assist the customer in processing and filing the claim with Delhivery, and any recovery or payout will be strictly limited to the insured amount disbursed by the carrier. Under no circumstances shall MiniForge be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delivery failure, damaged outer retail packaging, or carrier delays.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by MiniForge, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of MiniForge, Wix, or any third party. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by MiniForge.
