All parcels are shipped via Delhivery with full tracking updates.

Shipping Charges

for Pre Order items, Shipping charges are not collected at checkout.
They are calculated based on actual weight and destination and will be collected once PO items arrive and are ready to ship.

Transit Protection

Every parcel includes free transit insurance up to ₹5,000.
For higher-value parcels, you may opt for full-value coverage at 0.5% of the parcel value.
An uncut unboxing video (from sealed package to fully opened) is required for any claim of damage in transit.

Packaging

We use 3-ply boxes, 10 mm EPE foam sheets, and adequate bubble wrap for collector-grade protection.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or unreachable contact, re-shipping charges will apply.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified after dispatch.

Damage in Transit and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with complete unboxing video keeping the parcel in frame all the time, showing condition of parcel, shipping label, name and address of receiver clearly, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
